Hoofy — Farrier business management

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Hoofy mobile application (“App”). By subscribing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s applicable terms (including the Licensed Application End User License Agreement standard for apps from the App Store).
Hoofy Pro subscription
- Hoofy Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID.
- Price and trial: The current price and any free trial are shown in the App before purchase and in App Store subscription details. If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
- Renewal: Unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your subscription renews at the then-current price.
- Cancellation: You can cancel in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device, or via the App’s subscription management options where available. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription.
- Refunds: Payment and refund requests are handled under Apple’s policies and App Store rules.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your farrier business in accordance with these Terms and Apple’s rules.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it beyond permitted exceptions, or use it in violation of law. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for compliance with laws that apply to your business.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features that rely on third parties (e.g. weather, maps, payment processors) depend on those services.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from these Terms or the App is limited as allowed by applicable law and Apple’s standard EULA where it applies.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
