Try one complete visit before moving your records
- Prepare: add a fictional client and two horses; set the details you need before arrival.
- Plan: create a visit and review its horses, service choices, and date. Check how a reschedule changes the plan.
- Document: enter the work performed and notes for each horse. Open the history again to check that the information is attached to the right record.
- Bill: review an invoice, share it using the available options, and record a test partial payment. Confirm the remaining balance rather than assuming that sending means paid.
- Recover: make an export or optional iCloud backup and confirm where it is saved. Test restore behavior with demonstration data before relying on a new workflow.

Know the limits
Hoofy is available for iPhone and iPad; check the App Store compatibility requirements for your device. Core local records do not need continuous signal, but fresh weather, address lookups, purchases, and sending documents need connectivity. Optional iCloud backup or sync-file sharing is not a promise of real-time team collaboration.
